GROUP OF 4 ISTRIAN COUNTRY VILLAS WITH SHARED POOL These 4 beautiful villas built in a country style with the large outdoor swimming pool made of Istrian stone are situated on the shore of eastern Istrian coast, in the village of Vlakovo, only 15 km from Labin, the biggest town in this area from which one can admire a marvelous view to Raški kanal and the open sea, a view to islands of Cres and Lošinj. Guests will enjoy their holiday in a picturesque country side and peaceful surroundings. This elegant and modernly equipped estate with sophisticated interior style, provides unforgettable holiday to remember. Hiring all four villas together enables accommodation for 38 persons in total, which means that this estate is ideal and adequate for groups of friends and families, or for meetings or team buildings. The villas are approached along a pebble track. Passing through the gate, you enter into the courtyard in the middle of the estate while each villa is positioned on the opposite corner of the estate. Two villas are alike and similar in arrangement; both consist of spacious kitchenette/dining and living room on the ground floor and a large terrace equipped with table and chairs and a marvelous sea view. On the same ground floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor of both villas consists of three double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom or its own separate bath/shower and terrace with a marvelous sea view. 8 bedded villa is also located in the front sleeps and consists of the same open plan ground floor area with a separate bedroom featuring two single beds and a separate shower room. The first floor consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower or bathroom. One of these two bedrooms has a beautiful sea view. The biggest, fourth room in the villa is a master four bedded room with en-suite shower and two sea view balconies. This is a place where you can both admire cultural heritage in the 2000 years old town of Pula, with impressive amphitheater and other archeological sites dating from Roman times, as well as other significant monuments, beautiful coast crowded with bays, such as nearby Rabac, or national park Brijuni where the deep blue color and green landscapes appear to be endless. Small towns still have interesting historical buildings made in stone. There are high towers in small places which are circled by meadows of Spanish broom and olive trees. The typical agricultural products of this area, combined with the fruits of the sea guarantee gastronomical and enological satisfaction for every taste. One of the places where you can ensure yourself in that fact is the nearby restaurant “Martin Pescador” in the village of Trget.
