Kompas Villas

This serene Konavle wine region villa is located on a hill overlooking the beautiful Konavle wine country.The villa was constructed over original 400 year old vaults. The villa is only few years old and is of modern design and construction. However, even though the design is modern, the owner kept much of the OldWorld charm. The villa has three floors. The bottom floor is constructed out of the original old vaults and houses a well stocked wine cellar as well as a spacious game room. The game room has large pool table that converts quite easily to a ping pong table. The second floor is the main living area and has a large kitchen and living room that is open and inviting. The large dining room is also located here and sits ten people quite comfortably. The master bedroom and bath are also located on this floor. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and a glass door leading onto the outside balcony. The master bath is constructed entirely from fine Italian tile and comes with a large jacuzzi tub. There is also a guest room and another large bathroom on this floor. This bedroom also has a pillow top mattress. The third floor is a place to relax, read or work on the computer or even watch t.v. There are three more guest rooms on this floor. All three of guest rooms are furnished with queen size beds with pillow top mattresses.
