Villa Lili is a gentlemen's resort located in the quiet Istrian agricultural village of Biletici. This remarkable century old stone house is newly renovated with respect to the traditional Istrian architecture. Its rustical style with reclaimed stone and oak beams used for the construction give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort, pleasure and luxury. The 4 year long restoration of the property, among other details, includes a masoned kitchen, a tipical stone-made fireplace and a completely refurnished interior. A large landscape garden (2200 square meters) with lawn and mediterranean plants is sorrounded by stone walls that guarantee your privacy, while you refresh and take sun by the lovely pool. You can enjoy your stay at a large roofed over terrace, the perfect place to stay during late spring, summer and early fall, with a fireplace/barbeque. The village farmers can suply a wide variety of domestic groceries like eggs, meat, home made sausages and wine, vegetables, mushrooms, asparagus and much more (depending on the season). The countryside where the property is located offers a peacefull stay, beautiful landscapes suitable for walking and taking fresh air, but also a very easy access to major seaside destinations like Rovinj (40km) while the nearest beach is only 6km away. The largest city in Istria, Pula, is just 20 km to the south.
