Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful towns on Adriatic with very long history and culture. The location of the our villa is the best in Dubrovnik, with a spectacular view of the sea and the old city, opposite the hotel Excelsior, 50m to hotel Argentina and 5min by foot to the old town. All our guests and clients agree that there is no similar villa in Dubrovnik. Villa and is composed of a two houses separated by a courtyard, each with a separate entrance, where the first is the main house and is nearest to hotel Excelsior, the second is the guest house. We also have a gym and steam room and above the guest house is a huge terrace with magnificent view on the old town with a 30m2 pool included. The main house consists of: Basement – garage plus 70 m2 office space. Office is also available for renting if your agency has interest to open representative office in Dubrovnik. Ground floor – terrace, reception, a huge dinning and living room plus a kitchen, a tech room, toilette and utilities room. First floor – two master bedrooms with bathrooms and one has a terrace Second floor – 2 double bedrooms with one bathroom (All rooms have views of the sea and old city) Main house is suitable for 8 guests. The guest house is split in to two almost identical halves where one has a living area plus small kitchen and a toilette on ground floor and a double bedroom and bathroom on first floor, the other is the same on the ground floor but has an extra single room on first floor. It is Suitable for 5 + 2 + 2 guests
